SXSW

It's as official as it's going to get: I will be traveling down to Austin, Texas with my band Absinthe & The Dirty Floors to play a show during South By Southwest, a fairly massive media extravaganza. I've never been to Texas. At least, I don't think I have.

We are playing at Key Bar on March 20th at 2pm. I'll be down there from the evening of March 17th until the afternoon of the 21st. I'm definitely looking forward to spending some time in Austin, checking out the city at perhaps one of its most frenzied times of year.

If anyone out there has some suggestions of places in Austin to check out, please let me know. I'll basically be wandering around aimlessly for a few days, so I have plenty of time to check out cool shops and eat delicious food.

And of course, if you live in or around Austin, please come check us out on the 20th!
